Turning a complimentary coffee into a citywide celebration.
Café Coffee Day wanted to mark Women’s Day not with promotions, but with purpose. On March 8th, CCD offered complimentary Café Frappes across Bengaluru outlets with no fine print. The idea was simple: honour women with sincerity, not sales tactics. The campaign turned everyday CCD stores into warm spaces of appreciation, joy, and community, drawing attention online and offline with creators, media pages and customers celebrating together over a heartfelt cup of coffee.
Our brief was to elevate a simple gesture into a movement — celebrating Women’s Day in a way that felt real, personal and true to CCD’s brand values. With zero discounts or gimmicks, the ask was to create awareness, affinity and engagement for a one-day-only initiative and stretch that impact far beyond March 8th.
We began with pre-event awareness, activating The Hub Bengaluru, 10 creators, and 8 media platforms to generate buzz. A custom pink cup, branded standees, and clear storytelling created an instantly recognizable identity for the campaign.
On the day itself, our team and creator partners visited CCD outlets to capture live moments — authentic conversations, large turnouts, and spontaneous joy. From customer testimonials to content-rich ambiance, every reel and photo told a human story.
Post-event, we extended impact through a well-timed after movie, carousel post, and UGC reels, amplifying engagement days after the offer ended. The result? A campaign that went beyond marketing — it felt like a hug in a cup.
More than a campaign, this was a moment of meaning — no coupons, no catches — just connection. Our content strategy amplified that authenticity across 6M+ total impressions, proving that good intent backed by strong storytelling resonates widely.
From ideation to execution, The Hub Bengaluru ensured CCD’s celebration wasn’t just seen, it was felt. We managed pre-buzz, live coverage and post-campaign storytelling while simultaneously activating 10+ creators and 8+ media partners.
